I made five (5) phone calls from the Rome Airport to a LOCAL Rome CELL phone number. NONE of the calls went through. When I received my bill EACH of the calls came to nearly $41 (US) for a total of more than $200.00 When I phoned the company they REFUSED to rebate the money, saying they had a policy of charging a 5 minute minimum.
