They made a third party charge to my phone bill without my authorization. I called them as soon as I saw the charge on my phone bill and they cancelled my account but they said they could not credit my account and they had already sent another charge to my phone bill the day before. The person who they said authorized the charge was someone I had never heard of. AT&T was very helpful and recommended I file a complaint with the FCC who recommended I file a complaint with the FTC, which I did. Also AT&T recommended putting a third party block on my account so no one can bill anything to my phone bill without my written authorization. read full review »
