I signed up for a trial membership last year and upon receipt of the product and bill returned the product and closed my account in March 2010. Upon checking a credit card bill in October, I discovered a charge from Dermitage for 99.95. Upon looking further I found another one for 25.90 in September. I immediately called the company about this. I was told by their representative to fax a copy of my credit card showing the number and name on the card and to write my home address on the fax sheet which I did.
