After finishing my trial payments with CitiMortgage and continuing making the payments for 4 extra months CitiMortgage sold my loan to Selene Finance and they told me that Selene Finance does not give modifications and/or participate in any government programs with lower interest rate and that I will be kept at the same rate I currently have. They seem to be more interested on selling my home and not helping me to save it. They are so rude and heartless.
