Do not purchase Guardsman or Overstock (serviced by Guardsman) protection plans. This is a total scam. They will basically steal your money. You will get very rude customer service, they will make you go though ridiculous procedures (sending bunch of paperwork - emails are not allowed :) just to tell you that your damage is NOT covered. Someone should start a class lawsuit against these people.
