WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE AMERICAN VAN LINES ...I chose American Van Lines to move my belongings from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl to Houston, Tx. Everything was picked up on August 4, 2010 to be delivered by Aug 9, 2010. Some of my belongings were delivered on Aug 16th, with most of that delivery damaged...tables broken, lamp shades crushed, boxes marked fragile were had furniture stacked on top of them in the truck when it was delivered to me.
