I have purchased short term disabilty from Aflac aprox 9 years ago. I have never filed a claim till 08/10 I have not worked since July 26, Aflac sent papers and forms to a piror address in which I didnt receive till weeks later. when i did receive them they said my claim was closed but if i sent in all paper work they world re open it, I had every thing they sent me filled out in cluding a letter explaining why it wasnt done sooner.
