I ordered windows and a storm door from Champion Windows in May 2008 with a scheduled installation of the first week of July, during my vacation. Problems started from before the installation. The factory broke one of the windows so didn't ship any of the windows, and I was notified in the middle of my vacation week that the installation had to be postponed, too late for me to reschedule my vacation.
