Called early in the morning due to a clogged main drain and was told they would call me when a truck was available. At 12:42 they called and said a Truck would be out within the hour. Since I wasn't at home, I dropped what I was doing and headed home to meet them. At 2:15 I called to see where they were or when they would be at my home. Was told there was no truck dispatched and it might be tomorrow before they could get to me.
