I recently purchasd a new hom and had new Directtv service put in. This wa in July 2010. I have had nothing but probems with the sevice. I have had to cll to haveatech come out and do NOTHING, stating thyere ot going to do it. I toldthem that I thought that the dish was notin a good location, nothing again. I call they give me a 2weel window for this aid tech to come out and again nothing!!! I have talked to supervisor after supervisorwith NO customer service at all. On this day..
