i signed up Swipeauctions site on the 26/9/2010 assuming its is a free membership. Once i entered my details and clicked proceed, my credit card was charged for $159 membership fee. There was nowhere stated that when you sign up you will be charged a membership fee of $159. i have been trying to get my refund, sent in the refund form and waited for more than a month now and they still saying that i should send the form back with the complete info (No Descriptor etc) and contact them in 10 days.
