My husband and I each had separate VW accounts, and since I use about 100 minutes a month, we decided to combine the accounts into one bill. Well, that took a while, but it got straitened out finally ( I thought). Well, it WASN'T straitened out, it took 2 hrs on the phone to get it right. I then received my final bill of $77.58. On Sept. 27, I went into the VW store in Plattsburgh WITH my bill, and explained that I wanted to pay the bill off.
