I have a business in Orange County, California. I have had 5 different people review my business; one of them was a terrible review, the remaining were excellent. The one bad review was given by someone who says he was a client of mine, but wasn't. Yelp keeps deleting any review which is good, while leaving the bad review posted at all times. What a disappointment Yelp is. Having seen how they skew the reviews in a very dishonest fashion, I could never believe one of their reviews, again.
