As a follow up to my above referenced unhappiness with Nissan of McKinney, I have to say that since they became aware of my level of unsatisfaction, they have really gone above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. I have been contacted numerous times by the service manager and the owner. To be honest with you, I would delete the post if I could figure out how. But, all in all, I feel they have met my expectations and appreciate them rising to the level of customer service that I think we, as consumers, deserve. So...I applaud you!
