I got a 0% finance charge loan from Chase Health Advance for dental work. I always paid extra on the bill and always pay all my bills the day they arrive. In September I never received a bill and got messages from CHA stating that my 0% finance charged was void since I was late on my payment and my interest would go up to 24.75% retroactive for my loan. When I explained I never rec'd a bill (I also then made a double payment) I was told I would be put in for a request to be reinstated for the 0% financing. I was denied.
