Joe Cortino of Cortinos Contracters is a 5 time felon in the state of Pennsy. He doesn't tell his customers that when he takes their money and buys and sells illegal narcotics with it. Cortino made me pay in full for a job he never did. Doing a search of his name finds that he has been arrested and charged with drug offenses too many times to count. An addict and dealer that needs to be off the street!!! I have anything anyone would want to know about Cortino.
