Bluewater pays once per month, and like Etc they pay their subs regardless of if or when they have been paid by their clients. Thus, we will immediately adopt that approach as a joint organization. We will pay our subs on the 20th of the month for everything they have done between the 15th of the previous month and the 15th of the current month.
