We own week one at the Charleston, South Carolina Resort. Since that very first year that we didn't get to use because we had just completed a vacation in August we have consistently been given the run around to use our week. We must pay our maintenance fee before we can book, but the amount or notice is not sent out until December. Now this year they assess a "special" assessment and that has to be paid before we can use our week. We are going to try go in March, not our assigned week, and we'll see how much runaround we get... read full review »
