A few weeks ago I was roped into signing up, unaware that they would charge my account without an account summary page before submitting my order, but no, they instantly took out my money. I got on the phone and called my credit card company to cancel, but it was too late. I downloaded the refund request form, and jumped through allthe hoops. today I called to get my refund processed and they said they are "winding down operation" and are no longer giving refunds.
