I have been trying since September 30, 2010 to get a refund. I completed the form they required, contacted them two weeks after I mailed the form to them and was told I needed to wait two more weeks as they were backlogged (yeah, I just bet they were). Tried contacting them today and was told they are shutting down their operations and no more refunds would be issued. Tried to complain the the live chat agent pretended ignorance.
