Terrible people- bill you before they ship anything. Will tell you your item is on backorder for months on end..you try to cancel and they tell you it will be 1-2 billing cycles before you get a refund even though they never shipped it in the first place. They will never give you a refund...this has happened to hundreds of other victims. They have over 420 complaints with the BBB. read full review »
