I went to Planet Fitness to cancel my account. When I tried to they said that I still have until March, whereas when I called two weeks ago a worker told me November (this month)? I spoke to the manager which is the reason of this complaint. He was texting and talking on his phone, walking away and not paying attention to me. For all he could have known, he could have persuaded me to stay with Planet Fitness.
