This online store is advertising good prices but they have shady business practices. I bought a whirlpool dishwasher from them and it took a month of calling them and getting no answers (unless you can hold for 1/2 hour), emailed them but there solution was for me to pay an additional $30. for there express service plan but I'm already not able to trust them with the money charged to my card as it was.
