Kohls had sent me to collections and notified the credit bureau that I was delinquent because I forgot to make my paymemt 2 months in a row (a grand total of $10). I'd forgotten that I had a balance at all which is why I hadn't made my payment. I apparently get my statement via email and did see a bill from Kohls. I also did not receive a call or letter to notify me that my payment was late and that I was being sent to collections. Now I have a record on my record report saying I was delinquent and Kohls refuses to remove the record... read full review »
