Back in November I went to Bof A to request a loan modification I was declined, I had lost my job and just got a new one, I was delined because I made all of my payments on time. I was told by the agent to stop making my payments and I would receive help. Sure enough, I decided to do this after I depleted my savings. 2 months after missing payments I get an envelope from bofa saying I may qualify for a modification. great. at the time I had a credit score of 800.
