After canceling my service they have continued to access my bank account for the last two months, and after calling them several times I had to pay a fee to my bank to block them from my account. Now they are emailing me past due notices! They even had record of my calls, but there were never any notations made by the customer service reps about canceling my service, even though this was the reason for my calls! read full review »
