Had ordered two purses, thinking they were Coach purses and they aren't Coach confirmed they have no outlet stores online. So I cancelled the order within 24 hours and they are now telling me they will be charging me a 15% Credit Card Handling fee, which is not in writing at all on the website. The only thing posted is that they charge a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Now I am having to dispute the charges and hopefully get my money back.
