Att home phone and internet department are the rudest people I have ever spoken on the phone with. They offer no help to all of the bogus charges on my bill. There are many hidden fees when setting up internet and home phone! Also the rewards card they promised me still hasn't come and they assure me it will be here. If they tell you 4-6 weeks they are lying it will be 12 weeks here in another week! Don't get home phone or internet from these people they are horrible! read full review »
