I have been receiving daily phone calls from a man with a heavy indian or arab accent... he calls himself Mark Williams. He called from 360-215-2913. It was extremely alarming to receive these calls... the man knoew my name, social security number, where I banked, lived, and said he knew the Ip address of my PC... He told me that my student loan was delinquent ( which I had jsut paid the bill that day) and that if I didn't pay him 4, 500 dollars I would be arested by the FBI for loan fraud.
