Ordered a pair of shoes on October the 18th. Ordered some clothing from another retailer on the same day. Got that order within a week. since I had heard absolutely nothing about the order other than the original confirmation and of course, the charge showed up on my credit card, I emailed asking that they provide me a shipping date, when I could expect the order and/or a tracking number for the order.
