Don't use Griffin Heating and Cooling! Last year when we had them come for our annual service, the guy spend 40 minutes cleaning our system (even though he recorded an hour and a half!) Then when he found out we had a coupon and weren't paying by the hour, he seemed stunned! This year we bought a contract with them and the guy was in our drive and back in his vehicle in 15 mins!
