I called HSBC today in regard to my account which is past due. I called today ON MY OWN ACCORD. They did not have to track me down. Here is what happened. I had a promotional 1 year intrest free option on a purchase I had made a little over a month ago. I read the bill to find intrest, penalties, and late charges to my account.
