Auction.com's customer service sucks! We won a bid on their website and followed their instructions to send our earnest money, paperwork, etc. Within a couple of days, the property was back on the market without any contact made to us. All we were told is that a confirmation email was sent to a wrong auction.com email address. Then, we contacted their customer service and post auction department numerous times requesting refund of our earnest money. They never returned our cashier's check.
