Five years ago we put $80, 000 down on a home in Flowery Branch Ga. We always made our payments but then my husband was laid of and we applied for the "Obama" plan. Bank of America sent us papers and I filled out everything that was needed, I never had a clue that my home was being foreclosed on. They made us believe that everything was fine. Then on the 28th of July I got a paper in the mail stating that my home was in the fore-closer process.
