Two years ago, Fios cables were installed in our neighborhood, directly across our property. We know this because the installation people were in the small store down the street from us and confirmed it. Since then, we have been contacting Verizon Customer Care and have been told that it is "still unavailable". The people who run the store and other neighbors were able to ask the Verizon installers to connect them. They have had Fios service for awhile.
