I just found 2 unauthorized charges to NETFLIX on my credit card and my account is inactive at this time. I am disputing them with my credit card company and will NOT PAY them but they said I should go to the merchant first. I CANNOT GET THRU TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE WITHOUT REOPENING MY ACCOUNT WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO DO AT THIS TIME!! The charges were made on 11/01/10 for $10.99 and $8.78. I did not make them but obviously someone did even though MY ACCOUNT IS IN ACTIVE. I need an answer to this right away but I can't seem to get one!! read full review »
