This company has no concern for it's customers at all. Their products and services, while innovative, are offered at ridiculous prices and made by the lowest bidding manufactures with the lowest quality of materials and software. Furthermore, their products rarely, if ever, offer any options for the customer in terms of service, usage, or repair.
