I signed up for a promotional membership and was never notified that it was up for renewal. I found out when a $39 charge showed up on my credit card statement. I called their number, 201-301-5900. The recording said it "was outside normal business hours" and directed me to their website. Conveniently they didn't tell me when normal business hours are.
