In my opinion, William H Tobolsky is an atrocious attorney. My experience with him only leads me to believe that he is what most people ascribe to lawyers in general: They they are all no-good, backstabbing, heinous, unethical people. No matter the reason, I would never return to this attorney, for the smallest of matters to grave matters.
