This company had a signed commitment in 1998 from my ex wife. Since that time they have continued to charge us for their products even though I never re-signed. When I called them they said its an automatic renewal if you don't contact them. How can they do this ? Is there a law suit against them on this? On a union gas bill the charge is about 20 cents a cubic metre - they are charging 33 cents. When I questioned them on it Mal - who works there - offered a 18 cent lock in for one year.
