We do not recommend Concord Pacific Group inc Quality of construction is very poor. They use the chippest materials. It just makes it over the warranty period. We had 50 problems in our brand new condo we purchased from Concord Pacific Group. Most of them are very serious and dangerious to the health. The customer service we find very slow. They try to cover up their negligence by what we fill being disownest. They try to close the file as soon as they can instead of dealing with concerns the ownest way.
