Barclay's Bank/US Airways Dividend Miles MasterCard gave me no options when my husband was faced with unemployment. Despite years of timely payments when we were faced with a severly reduced income, we were told there were no options available to us as we did not meet the requirements for any programs. When I asked about the criteria, I was told there was none. When I asked to speak to another person, I was told a computer makes those decisions.
