The item I ordered was labeled as "In Stock", and yet 3 weeks went by where I hadn't received a shipping notification. Frustrated, I sent them an email, and they replied that it had "unexpectedly gone into backorder." I guess they didn't think they should let me know... Fast-forward more than a month and they still haven't even shipped my item. It's always "another 1-2 weeks." Don't waste your time/money with this unorganized excuse for a company. read full review »
