I requested a refund. Followed their procedures by mailing in the refund form. I was granted the refund and had to wait 6-10 business days. When I didn't recieve my money I clled and they said their merchant has shut down the refund for all new customer refund process. This is Fraud and I would Like to know if there is anything I can do.
