My wife, kids and I were walking out the back of our single family home. My wife was startled at something, and there was a Com ed meter reader in my back yard. He did not attempt to see if we were home by ringing the bell or knocking on the door. So I asked him why he didn't see if we were home. He mumbled something, never looking up and went on about his business. Flash forward to this week, we received our Com ed bill and it was $316.
