I have had a year long battle with At&T advertising, and still no where near being resolved. First and for most last year at renewal time I spoke with our sales rep about many changes I wanted to make. The changes were to remove several of the areas we were listed under and add us under some new listings. Then also the internet was to be removed b/c I wasn't even aware how we signed up for the internet advertising.
