Hello, i got a virus on my laptop, stupidly i contacted a online antie virus company namely pctools.com, using my laptop. While i was browsing the web site, a small window opened up and offered me live chat to find out my problem. Thinking it was legit, i took the offer up. A long story shorter, i gave them my telephone number for them to ring me and sort my virus problem out. The lady on the phone talk the talk and convinced me, she would rectify my virus problem.
