They tried to take money from my account without my permission after i made an online application and i only found out because one of their agents called me when the payment was declined she wouldnt let me speak and was rude and aggessive. I complained online and then the manager Paul(wouldnt give a surname) called me back 15mins later and was even ruder and more aggressive.
