I had to cancel DirecTV when I moved in October 2008 due to no line of site on my new property. I had a $140.75 account credit that as of January 6, 2009 I still have not recieved. After hours on hold and being transferred and disconnected I have decided to start posting everywhere to warn people of DirecTV and its rude CSR's and Supervisors who don't take their jobs seriously. And it doesnt seem as if DirecTV takes serious the complaints against them. Filed with BBB and still no response. read full review »
