I purchased 2 sets of dinnerware (cranberry Swirl) from JCPennys and recieved a $20.00 gift card rebate promtly. However, I forgot that I had the card, and went to use it yesterday, not looking to see that it had an expiration date on it. The card expired 11/2009, and I was wondering if you could send me another one beings it was never used. I do beter with things on the phone, as I'm elderly and not real familiar with the computor.
